Healthy Grants Workshop (1 of 8)
Allowability of Costs
Presentation 1 of 8 - New Recipients/Refresher
Learn what costs you may charge to a federal award. This helps you ensure your costs are allowable. And you’ll know how best to manage federal funds.
The 2024 HRSA Healthy Grants Workshop offers multiple sessions that will help you successfully manage your HRSA award.
The workshops fall into two tracks:
NEW Recipients/Refresher track with presentations to support the learning and application of concepts for individuals and organizations new to managing HRSA grant awards.
Advanced track with presentations that will benefit individuals and organizations significantly experienced with grants management and looking for information and practices more in line with their seasoned level of expertise.
As with last year, you can still sign up for any, and as many, presentations and sessions as you would like, regardless of your proficiency with grants management.
Please view the 2024 HRSA Healthy Grants Workshop Schedule for information on dates, times, tracks, and presentation descriptions: https://www.hrsa.gov/grants/manage-your-grant/training/workshops/healthy-grants-schedule

Hazard Vulnerability Analysis
How to Conduct a Hazard Vulnerability Analysis to Determine the Threats to Your Organization
Virtual • Wednesday, 6/28/23 • 1 pm - 2 pm
Part 4 of the Emergency Preparedness Series
Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) is a process used to identify potential hazards that can impact a community or an organization's operations. The analysis involves assessing the risks posed by natural, technological, or human-caused hazards. It is an essential component of emergency preparedness planning, enabling the identification of potential threats and areas of weakness. Through an HVA, organizations can develop plans for managing or mitigating the risks. This process includes identifying vulnerabilities, analyzing hazards, and assessing the likelihood and potential impact of each hazard. A well-executed HVA provides a comprehensive overview of potential hazards, enabling organizations to devise effective risk management strategies to ensure that they can continue to operate during and after an emergency.
This training is FREE to all WYPCA-member health centers and is session 4 of the 6-part Emergency Preparedness Plan Builder series.
Emergency Preparedness Leads at WYPCA-member Health Centers should attend.
