Pre-conference workshop at the 2023 Power of Rural Healthcare Conference

WYPCA is proud to sponsor the half-day pre-conference workshop during the 2023 Power of Rural Healthcare Conference. This learning session takes place on Monday, April 17, 2023 from 8am-Noon the morning of day 1 of the conference.

Social determinants of health (SDoH) are an important topic for everyone at every level of a community health center. The goals of this training are to:

• Review research data linking health/healthcare disparities to economic class

• Understand how income levels may influence patient perception and compliance

• Fine-tune best practices for building outcomes with diverse economic populations.
