Patrick “Pat” Monahan – Director

Pat has been with the WYPCA since June 2006. Prior to his employment at the PCA, Pat has served as a clinic manager for a large family practice program and the Director of Managed Care for a private health insurer in Wyoming. Pat served as a Health Services Administrator in the U.S. Air Force for five years. He earned his BA and MBA from State University of New York. Pat resides in Cheyenne with his wife Julie and their two lovely daughters. In his personal time, he enjoys music and attending concerts, participation with CASA and teaching at Sunday School. |

Donna Andersen – Operations Coordinator
Ext. # 11
Donna joined the WYPCA in April 2005. Prior to joining the PCA, Donna served as the Marketing & Occupational Medicine Director for a large multi specialty practice in southeast Wyoming, a Patient Representative at a regional medical center as well as serving as the Office Manager for a nonprofit health association. Donna resides in Cheyenne with one son who is in high school. In her spare time, Donna enjoys reading, internet, music and animals. |

Kristy Westfall – Health Information Technology/ Data Coordinator
Ext. # 10
Kristy joined the WYPCA in April 2007. Prior to joining the PCA, Kristy lived in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, attending ITT Technical Institute and getting her degree in Computer Networking Systems. Kristy also has experience in the hospitality industry. In her spare time, Kristy enjoys watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, motocross and reading.

Anne Siebert – Outreach / Community Development Coordinator
Ext. # 13
Anne has been with WYPCA since October of 2007 as a part time employee. In the past she has worked in a multi state private foster care agency serving in both administration and direct service with youth and families. She continued her social work background at the county level where she worked in child protection and children’s mental health. Anne earned her BA from Concordia College in Moorhead Minnesota. Anne and her husband Jason have a boy and a girl. In her spare time she joins the chaos of two preschoolers and loves to read and bake.
