Welcome!

What is Wyoming Primary Care Association?

The Wyoming Primary Care Association is a 501c3 non-profit membership association comprised of the Community Health Centers, Healthcare for the Homeless and Migrant Health Programs across Wyoming.   Our Mission is to support federally-funded health centers in providing primary health services to the underserved and to assist in the expansion of those services throughout Wyoming. Each of our health centers receive partial federal funding from the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) / Bureau of Primary Health Care.  This funding is provided to help our centers offset the cost of providing care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
